体位调整结合三维正骨推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察体位调整结合三维正骨推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将160例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用体位调整护理和三维正骨推拿治疗,对照组采用常规护理和三维正骨推拿治疗,治疗和护理20 d后采用疼痛询问量表和直腿抬高试验评定疗效。结果研究组疼痛指数改善率优于对照组(P<0.05),患者直腿抬高角度增大率优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体位调整护理结合三维正骨推拿能明显提高腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of postural adjustments nursing combined with 3D manipulation method on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 160 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given position adjustment nursing and 3D manipulation massage treatment while control group was given the routine nursing care and 3D manipulation massage. The efficacy was evaluated by pain questionnaire and straight leg raising test after 20 days treatments. Results The improvement of pain index of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The increasing rate of straight leg raising angle of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The curative effects of experimental group were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Posture adjusting nursing combined with 3D manipulation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation.
