摘 要:真空自耗电弧炉是供电系统中典型的非线性负荷,对电网电能质量影响严重。本文针对宁夏中色东方钛材分公司的真空自耗炉供电系统的谐波及无功特性设计了专门的谐波与无功综合补偿装置,介绍了补偿控制器的控制策略。该装置以无功补偿为主、谐波抑制为辅,能够实现对电压、无功、谐波的综合治理。现场测试结果表明,补偿装置较好地补偿了真空自耗炉供电系统的无功与谐波,起到了直接与间接的节能作用。Vacuum consumable electrode melting furnace is a typical nonlinear loads in the power supply system, which has serious fluence on power quality of power grid. In this paper, the special-ized reactive power and harmonic comprehensive compensation device is designed for the harmonic and reactive characteristics of power supply system of vacuum consumable electrode melting furnace from Ningxia Orient Titanium Industry and the control strategy of compensation device controller is introduced. The main and auxiliary role of the device are reactive compensation and harmonic sup- pression, which can achieve comprehensive management of the voltage, reactive power and harmon-ics. It is shown by the field test result that the compensation device compensates reactive power and harmonics in vacuum consumable electrode melting furnace power-supply system fairly well and plays a direct and indirect function of energy-saving.
