摘　　要：以辽宁沿海经济带24个县市为基本评价单元,基于资源环境承载力、现有开发密度、开发潜力三种要素建立三级评价指标体系,其中选取11个具体指标,运用spss中的系统聚类方法以及结合三维魔方图方法,划分出四类主体功能区的县市范围,可为有关部门提供决策参考。Using 24 cities and counties of Liaoning coastal economic belt as the basic evaluation unit, based on the capacity of nature environment and resource, the density of current development and the potential of future development to establish the three evalution index system for principal function area, including selected 11 specific indicators, by using system clustering method and the 3D cube,this paper divided into four main counties range of functional areas,which can provide a reference for decision - making authorities.
