摘　　要：金融发展理论是金融研究的重点领域。白钦先教授通过对西方金融发展理论的深入研究和反思,建立了以金融资源学说为核心的金融可持续发展理论,对金融发展理论做出了重大贡献。金融资源学说揭示了金融的资源属性,还原了金融的本来面貌,密切了金融研究与经济研究的联系,实现了由货币分析向金融分析的范式转变,从而金融问题被提升为与国家发展战略相同的高度。在此基础上,白钦先教授对金融结构和金融功能、金融效率以及金融生态问题进行了系统的研究,形成了完整的质性发展与量性发展相统一、相对稳定发展与跳跃发展并存、整体效率与微观效率并重的金融可持续发展观。The financial development theory is one of the most significant fields of financial research. Through the deepen re- search and reflection on the financial development theory by Professor. Bai Qinxian, the financial sustainable development theory which takes the financial resource theory as the foundation has made a great contribution to it. The financial resource theory has revealed the nature of the finance, which made the connection between financial research and economic research more tight- ly. The financial issue has been as important as the national development strategy. Though the systemic research of the issue of financial resource, financial function, financial structure and financial efficiency, it provides a clearly framework of financial sus- tainable development theory research which reflects the aspect of qualitative and quantitative development, relative steady and skipping development, and overall and micro efficiency.
