摘 要:36头小型猪 (香猪 )去势公猪 ,通过 3× 3交叉分组设计随机分配到 9个处理中 ,每个处理 4个重复。日粮磷的 3个水平为 0 .3% ,0 .6 %和 0 .9% ;日粮钙磷比例的 3个水平为 1∶ 1,1.2 5∶ 1和 1.5∶ 1。结果表明 ,第四骨骨鲜重随日粮磷水平提高显著增加 (P<0 .0 1)。随日粮磷增加第六肋骨、第四骨和第四骨的骨灰分、灰分钙和灰分钙磷比例显著地提高 (P<0 .0 5) ,而骨灰分磷则显著下降 (P<0 .0 1)。日粮钙磷比例对第六肋骨的骨灰分、灰分磷和灰分钙磷比例作用显著 (P<0 .0 1)。日粮不同磷水平对股骨、肱骨的压断力和弯曲力矩的作用有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,且当日粮磷水平 0 .9%达到最大值 ,但日粮不同钙磷比例对骨骼压断力和弯曲力矩无显著影响 (P>0 .0 5)The effects of dietary phosphorus and calcium∶phosphorus ratio on bone characteristics were studied using thirty six growing castrated Xiang pigs in a 3×3 factorial trial with four pigs as replicates. For the nine treatment diets, phosphorus levels of 0.3%, 0.6% and 0.9% were combined with calcium∶phosphorus ratios of 1∶1, 1.25∶1 and 1.5∶1. The dietary phosphorus lenel and calcium∶phosphorus ratios in the diets were manipulated with CaCO 3, Na 2HPO 4 and CaHPO 4, respectively. The length of the sixth rib, fourth metacarpus and fourth metatarsus and the stress of the femur and humerus were not affected by dietary phosphorus level or dietary calcium∶phosphorus ratio ( P >0.05). The fresh weight, the percentage of dry fat free bone ash, the percentage of bone ash calcium and bone ash calcium∶phosphorus ratio of the sixth rib, fourth metacarpus and fourth metatarsus increased with increased dietary phosphorus ( P <0.01), while the percentage of bone phosphorus decreased with increased dietary phosphorus ( P <0.01). The breaking forces and the bending moments of the humerus and femur were significantly different among different levels of dietary phosphorus ( P <0.01) and were greatest when dietary phosphorus was fed at 0.9%. Dietary calcium∶phosphorus ratios did not affect breaking forces and bending moments of the humerus and femur.
