康复路径护理对急性脑梗死患者ADL能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康复路径护理对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法将68例脑梗死患者随机分为路径组39例和对照组29例。二组患者均予以常规药物治疗,路径组在常规治疗的基础上予以康复路径护理,4周末采用临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表和改良Barthel指数评定表对两组患者进行评测。结果路径组神经功能及生活活动能力恢复均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论康复路径护理对临床神经功能恢复和日常生活活动能力的提高有促进作用。Ob jective To sudy the effects of rehabilitation nursing Path on functional restoration and AI）L of patients with cerebral infarct. Methods Total 68 patients with cerebral infarct were randomly divided into two groups：rehabilitation nursing path group（ 39 cases） and controlled group（ 29 cases）. Two groups were given general treatment by drug, Patients in path group were given active rehabilitation nursing, patients in controlled group were given general nursing. All patients were assessed respectively with the clinical nerve function limitation score （CNS） and Modified Barthel Index（MBI） at the end of 4 weeks. Results There were significant difference be-tween the two groups on CNS scores and MBI scores at last assessment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing path can improve the functional status and ADL of patients with cerebral infarct.
