摘  要:对摆动从动件盘形凸轮的设计原理进行了研究,推导出了凸轮轮廓上的点到回转中心的距离表达式,并利用Pro/E软件中的Graph曲线和可变截面扫描命令对凸轮进行了设计,从而大大提高了凸轮设计的精度,缩短了设计时间,提高了效率。其设计过程具有较好的通用性和适用性,有借鉴价值。In this paper, the plate cam with swinging follower design principles were studied, the expression of cam contour distance on the point to the center of rotation was derived, and variable section sweep command and graph curves of Pro/E software were used to complete cam design, which greatly improved the cam design accuracy, reduced design time and increased efficiency. While its design process has good versatility and applicability, it is worth of reference.
