摘 要:应用基本的电磁场理论建立了汽车发电机的电磁场模型,结合气隙磁场谐波理论,推导了汽车发电机中基于各次谐波分解的感应电动势的计算公式及其波形畸变的规律。着重进行基于傅里叶分解的感应电动势谐波分析,并在此基础上通过比较爪极不同斜角时谐波成分的组成与大小,选择最优转子爪极斜角,提高了电机的效率等输出性能。The electromagnetic field model of automotive alternator is established by applying the basic theory of electromagnetic field, and the calculation formulae of induced electromotive force (EMF) and the rule of its waveform distortion in automotive alternator are derived based on the decomposition of each order harmonic wave. The harmonic analysis of induced EMF is emphatically conducted with Fourier decomposition, and on this base the optimum slope angle of motor claw pole is selected by comparing the composition and size of harmonic components with different claw pole slope angles, thus the output performances of motor including its efficiency are improved.
