摘 要:根据中国国情和湖北省省情 ,结合湖北农区特点 ,充分利用秸秆资源代替部分饲料 ,大力发展节粮型畜牧业。通过对秸秆的氨化、生物技术微贮和酶制剂的发酵 ,使秸秆粗蛋白含量可提高 4~ 6个百分点、消化率提高 2 0 %~ 30 %、采食量增加 32 4 %、肉牛日增重提高35%~ 46%,经济效益显著。提高对秸秆的氨化和生物技术利用 ,使湖北农区丰富的秸秆资源得到开发 ,使农区农民脱贫致富奔小康 。According to the situation of China and that of Hubei Province,combining the characteristic of Hubei farming district, utilizing stalk resources adequately to substitute partly grain feed is a way of developing grain saving livestock husbandry.Through the treatment of aminating,enzymatic reaction and microbial fermenting to the stalk, the crude protein content of stalk, digestion rate,feed intake and daily cattle body weight increment can be increased respectively 4~6 percentage point,20%~30%,32.4% and 35%~46%.The increasing use of the amination and biological technology will help a lot in the utilization of the stalk resources in Hubei Province and help enrich the peasants.It is also very important in reducig pollution and developing the ecology farming.
