摘 要:文章利用滞回耗能通过等效循环数等表达的公式,得到了反映不同强度折减系数下的体系滞回耗能公式,通过Eh/EI比谱表达式将滞回耗能转化为输入能表达,根据输入能量谱求出等效弹性反应加速度;根据位移延性系数确定相应的强度折减系数,然后将等效弹性反应加速度折算为与强度折减系数对应的等效地震影响系数,按现行规范进行小震下的强度计算;通过算例说明了该方法的设计步骤及其可行性。Firstly, using the relationship between hysteretic dissipated energy and the number of cycles etc. , the value of system hysteretic dissipated energy under different strength reduction coefficient can be got. The hysteresis energy expression can be transformed into the input energy expression by using EH/EI ratio spectrum, and the equivalent elastic acceleration is calculated according to the input energy spectrum. Secondly, the strength reduction coefficient is determined from the displacement ductility coefficient, and the equivalent seismic effect coefficient corresponding to strength reduction coefficient is transformed from the equivalent acceleration. Then the strength calculation is conducted according to the current standard under minor earthquakes. Finally, the feasibility of the methodology is verified through two examples.
