亳州产4种药用菊花栽培品种内在质量的比较研究

摘　　要：目的通过比较亳州地区4种药用菊花栽培品种的化学成分,为药用菊花的质量评价提供参考。方法以绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、总挥发油含量为检测指标,对同一栽培环境下的4种药用菊花栽培品种的化学成分含量进行测定。结果 4种药用菊花栽培品种的绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量以杭白菊最高,亳菊最低;总挥发油含量以杭白菊最高,小白菊最低,亳菊挥发油颜色为蓝色。结论菊花的主要化学成分含量因栽培品种不同而存在明显差异,亳菊挥发油颜色与其他3种不同,即品种与质量之间存在一定的相关性。Objective To compare the chemical constituents of four cultivars of medicinal DendranthelJza morifolium in Bozhou, China and to provide a reference for the quality evaluation of medicinal DezMraTz- thema morifolium. Methods The chemical constituents （chlorogenic acid, cynaroside, 3, 5-di-O-caf feoylquinic acid, and total volatile oil） of four cultivars of medicinal Dendranthema morifolium in the same habitat were determined and compared. Results Among the four cultivars of medicinal De^dra^thema morifolium, Dezzdranthema morifolium （Ramat.） Tzvel. ＂Huju＂ cv. nov. had the highest content of chlorogenic acid, cynaroside, and 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid, while Dendranthema rnorifolium （Ramat.） Tzvel. ＂Boju＂ cv. nov. had the lowest content of the three chemical constituents; Dendranthema morifo- lium （Ramat.） Tzvel. ＂Huju＂ cv. nov. had the highest content of total volatile oil, while Dendranthema morifolium （Ramat.） Tzvel. ＂Xiaobaiju＂ cv. nov. had the lowest content of total volatile oil; Dendran- thema morifolium （Ramat.） Tzvel. ＂Boju＂ cv. nov. had blue volatile oil. Conclusion The content of main chemical constituems varies significantly among different cultivars of Dendranthema morifolium, and Dendranthema morifolium （Ramat.） Tzvel. ＂Boju＂ cv. nov. has a different color of volatile oil com- pared with other cuhivars, suggesting a certain relationship between cultivar and quality.
