摘  要:以 [4x(亚洲棉×异常棉 ) ]×陆地棉的杂交后代培育的 5个种质系和 3个亲本为材料 ,用 2 2个随机引物进行了 RAPD分析。结果表明 :3个棉种具有明显的多态性差异。5个种质系均检测到来自不同棉种的 DNA特异片断 ;3个棉种间的遗传相似系数在 50 %以下。陆地棉亲本与种质系间和种质系与种质系间的相似系数在 0 .71 0~ 0 .933之间 ,平均为 0 .80 8。这些差异与回交亲本、单株选择的定向培育有关。研究结果对棉属远缘杂交育种具有一定的参考价值。RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA) markers generated by 22 random decamer primers were used to evaluate polymorphism and genetic similarity of five germplasm lines derived from 〔4x(G.arboreum×G.anomalum)〕×G.hirsutum and their parents. The result showed that there was abundant DNA polymorphism in three parents. Special DNA fragment of parents appeared in five germplasm lines. The similarity coefficients between different Gossypium species were lower than 50%, which were related to their center origin and genome difference. The similarity of germplasm lines with upland cotton and germplasm line ranged from 0.710~0.933.The high similarity is owing to backcrossing by G.hirsutum generation to generation.Meanwhile,individual plant selection with different breeding aims made the five germplasm lines show difference to some extent.
