摘  要:研究了鲁花 1 1号和辐 870 7两个高产花生品种始花期施 N对花生衰老的调控作用。结果表明 ,始花期施 N可以延缓花生整株衰老进程 ,改善群体光合性能 ;提高叶片叶绿素含量和净光合速率 ;增加叶片 Pr含量 ,提高其 SOD、POD酶活性 ;降低叶片 MDA积累量 ,提高其CAT、NR酶活性。每公顷施 N2 2 5~ 450The regulation of applying nitrogen fertilizer at anthesis for peanut senescence were studied with two high yielding cultivars (cv. Luhua11 and Fu8707). The results showed that nitrogen application delayed the senescence process of the whole plant,improved the photosynthetic capacity of canopy, increased the content of chlorophyll and net photosynthesis rate in leaves, enhanced the soluble protein content of leaves and its superoxide dismutase(SOD)、peroxidase(POD) activities, increased the activities of catalase(CAT) and nitrate reductase(NR) in leaves and decreased the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA). Applying N 225~450 kg·ha -1 for both two cultivars significantly increased the pod yield of peanut.
