摘 要:文章针对大型海工结构物在深水高压环境中服役的检测技术需求,提出了采用深水高压舱的模型实验方法,并以三类典型的海工结构为例研究了模型设计方法、测试方法以及结果判断方法。研究指出,大型海工结构物可以通过分段划分,对关键部件采用原型测试以提高测试结果的可靠度;当进行海工结构物的缩尺测试时,除考虑相似定理外,还需要考虑边界约束条件、加工过程中的初始缺陷等;当进行分段实验时,可以采用加装加强材等手段消除分段对测试结果的影响。In order to satisfy the need of detection techniques for large offshore structures in deepwater under high pressure, a new method of using the deepwater high pressure cabin to conduct model tests is proposed, and the research on the methods of model design, model test and result estimation is carried out by taking three typical types of offshore structures for example. The research results indicate that the large offshore structure can be divided into subsections and its key parts can be prototypically tested to raise test reliability; similarity theorem, boundary restriction conditions and initial defects produced in processing course need considering in reduced scale model test of offshore structure; the measures such as reinforcing can be adopted to eliminate the effect of subsection on test results.
