摘  要:In the co culture of root explants of ginseng and A 4 strain of Agrobacterium rhizogenes,the hairy root of ginseng transformed by A 4 strain were induced.By means of determination for growth rate,the high yielding hair root clone R98111 was selected.It achieved the most growth rate on a liquid 1/2 MS medium (25℃,in a shaker at 110r/min )and its growth rate increased by 31.2 fold in 28 days.Agropine and mannopine were detected in the R98111 clone by high voltage paper electrophoresis.In the liquid fermented culture of 2.0 litre medium,the yield of the hairy roots R98111 clone amounted to 38.29g(dry weight)in 28 days.In the co culture of root explants of ginseng and A 4 strain of Agrobacterium rhizogenes,the hairy root of ginseng transformed by A 4 strain were induced.By means of determination for growth rate,the high yielding hair root clone R98111 was selected.It achieved the most growth rate on a liquid 1/2 MS medium (25℃,in a shaker at 110r/min )and its growth rate increased by 31.2 fold in 28 days.Agropine and mannopine were detected in the R98111 clone by high voltage paper electrophoresis.In the liquid fermented culture of 2.0 litre medium,the yield of the hairy roots R98111 clone amounted to 38.29g(dry weight)in 28 days.
