摘  要:介绍几款采用普通双面圆机编织的双面凹凸效应纬编针织面料的设计方法与工艺,从面料的花色效应、花型组织结构设计、花型编织方法详细分析每款双面凹凸效应面料的设计方法,并对每款面料的花型编织图及上机三角配置进行了详细阐述。双面凹凸效应针织面料厚实,卷边性小,具有较强的浮雕效果,可赋予服装较强的立体感。The paper introduces the pattern design method and knitting technology of s double weft-knitted fabrics with concave and convex effect, which are knitted on the common double circular knitting machine. The fab-ric effect, pattern structure and the knitting method are analyzed in detail, as well as the knitting process diagram and cam-setting of each knitted fabric. The results show that the double weft-knitted fabrics with concave and con- vex effect bear thick appearance, small edge curling and strong embossed effect, which can give the garment strong three-dimensional appearance.
