同源四倍体高粱与约翰逊草种间杂种优势利用研究

摘　　要：采用 6个同源四倍体高粱品系及其与约翰逊草的种间杂种为材料 ,分析了种间杂种的生物学特征、饲用价值、杂优表现及其稳定性。发现杂种F1在生物产量上表现了巨大优势 (70 0 %～ 90 0 % ) ,F1～F3在生物产量上优势相对固定 ,比双亲有显著提高 。Interspecific hybrids between autotetraploid Sorghum (S.bicolor L. Moench) and Johnsongrass (S. halepense L. Pers) were produced. The morphological characteristics, heterosis and the forage value of interspecific hybrid were performed. The results showed that hybrids exhibited great heterosis on growth potential and biomass (70.0%～90.0%). No evident differences were observed from F 1 to F 3 hybrid with high biomass compared to parents, and the low generation had high forage quality.
