摘　　要：针对涤纶和醋酯混纺纤维高弹面料研发中的相关问题,提出了对分散染料染色染色不匀、颜色深度、牢度问题的解决方法,通过试验重点分析了坯布皱多的原因,以及相应的解决方法,同时给出了该类面料生产的几个注意点,为该类面料生产提供相关经验参考。According to the problems encountered in developing polyester and acetate blended high elastic fab rics, the solutions for uneven dyeing, deep dyeing and bad fastness of disperse dyes were introduced. Meanwhile, the reasons for occurrence of more wrinkles on gray fabrics were analyzed through experiments, and the correspond ing solutions were put forward. Furthermore, the precautions were presented when producing this kind of fabrics. The research results can provide references for the production of polyester and acetate blended high elastic fabrics.
