摘 要:金属制品与人体汗液长期直接接触,会引起一些有害反应如皮肤过敏等现象,针对此,对金属纽扣中4种有害金属(镍、铜、锌、铝)腐蚀与浸出进行评价研究。本试验测试了市售3种金属纽扣中的金属释放量:浸泡方法参考EN1811:2011,将样品浸泡在30℃的人工汗液中,在不同的时间周期取样,定量分析浸出液中镍、铜、锌、铝的含量。结果表明,不同样品中的浸出元素存在差异,样品中的镍释放量均超出了欧洲技术委员会通过的"94/27/EC镍指令"中的限量;同时,铝、铜和锌的提取量也不能被忽略,其有害性也应被考虑,它们对健康的有害性也应得到相应评估。Metals present in metal items may be due to the elution processes that occur in sweat cause harmful health effects, such as skin allergic reactions, on direct and prolonged contact with skin. Therefore, three different clothing accessories-metal buttons on sale were tested for metal leaching according to the method of EN1811: 2011: the samples were kept at 30 ℃in the artificial sweat solution for different time periods and then quantified. The results have shown that there is difference among the kinds of metal leaching in samples. The Ni release in sam- ples is much higher in concentration than allowed in The European Directive 94/27/EC. The elution of Cu, Zn and A1 cannot be negligible. Such samples present higher risks for human health and should be controlled prior to their launch in the market, and should be used with special attention.
