阿达帕林凝胶联合一清胶囊治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价阿达帕林凝胶联合一清胶囊治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法将119例轻、中度寻常痤疮患者随机分为两组。联合治疗组外用阿达帕林凝胶,同时口服一清胶囊;对照组仅外用阿达帕林凝胶,共用药4周。结果 112例患者完成治疗,联合治疗组、对照组的总有效率在第4周分别为89.7%和61.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿达帕林凝胶联合一清胶囊治疗轻、中度痤疮较单用阿达帕林凝胶疗效显著,未增加不良反应。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of adapalene gel used in combination with Yiqing capsules in the treatment of acne vulgaris and compared with adapalene gel alone.Methods One hundred and nineteen patients with acne vulgaris of mild to moderate severity were randomly divided into two groups.Combined treatment group were treated with adapalene gel and Yiqing capsules,and the control group received adapalene gel for 4 weeks.Results One hundred and twelve patients completed treatment.At 4 weeks,total effective rates was 89.7% in combined treatment group and 61.1% in the control group.There was significant diference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Adapalene gel combined Yiqing capsules therapy is more effective than adapalene gel alone in mild to moderate acne cases and no increase in adverse reaction.
