摘　　要：长尾多轴螺钉座具有切削变形小、切削温度高、切削力不大、加工硬化严重、刀具易磨损的特点。通过对长尾多轴螺钉座进行分析研究,对其加工工艺进行设计,并进行宏程序的编制,使零件的加工更合理,加工精度更高。The processing characteristics of the nagao polyaxial screw seat includes small cutting deformation , high cutting temperature,small cutting force,severe hardening,and the easy wearing tool.Through analysis of the parts, the process design and programming make the process of the parts more reasonable and precision.
