摘　　要：针对目前公路划线机手工喷涂的诸多缺点,提出采用TCD1206线阵CCD图像传感器作为标线测量器件,对已知标线进行实时测量,并反馈给寻迹系统,并与检测光路及单片机P89V51RD2的控制下构成标线闭环检测环节,检测偏差大小和方向,完成寻迹与纠偏工作。Aiming at the disadvantages of the highway line machine with manual spraying, a linear CCD image sensor of TCD1206 is proposed as a line measuring devices.Its deviation size and direction could be detected and finished the tracing and correcting work by the known lines datas which being measured in real-time for the tracing system and the line closed loop testing link which controlling by light detection path and single chip microcomputer P89V51RD2.
