内江地区近5年无偿献血人群HIV检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的：了解艾滋病在内江地区无偿献血人群中的发病情况，为艾滋病的防控工作提供数据基础。方法：对内江市中心血站近5年来94369例次无偿献血者的血液样本HIV抗体检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果：5年间共确认阳性37例（0．39‰），各个年份间确认阳性率在0．28‰～0．44‰之间波动，男性HIV阳性率始终高于女性，平均男女比例为5．17：1；年龄段以31-40岁之间阳性者比例最高，平均比例为48．6%；传播途径以同性间传播所占比例最高，达到59．5％。各年龄段阳性率之间以及传播途径之间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：内江地区目前艾滋病处于低流行态势，有关部门要加强对青少年、大专院校学生以及重点人群的宣传教育。Objective：To investigate the incidence of AIDS in blood donors crowd in Neijiang area, to provide the data basis for AIDS prevention and control worlc Methods： The test results of anti-HIV for 94 369 cases of donors＇ blood samples in Nei]iagn Center Bank during 5 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results： A total of 37 cases were con- firmed positive （0. 39‰）, the confirmed positive rate of each year fluctuates between 0. 28‰ to 0. 44‰; the positive rate of HIV for male was higher than that of female, the average ratio of men and women was 5. 17 ： 1;positive pro- portion of 31-40 years old was the highest with the average ratio of 48. 6%;the spread approach proportion between homosexual transmission was the highest, reaching 59.5 %. The positive rate between various age and transmission ap- proach showed significant differences （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： AIDS in Neijiang area at present was in low prevalence situation, the relevant departments should strengthen propaganda and education on teenagers, college students and fo- cus groups.
