摘　　要：本文介绍了中国目前的网络监管体制,并详细说明有害网站监管的行政管理流程,在此基础上分析了传统的管理模式的弊端,并针对这些弊端,提出有害网站快速处置系统的建设模型。After a thorough study on the present work about the supervision system of network in china, administration process of harmful website monitor is introduced in detail. In response to the defects of traditional management mode, the paper proposes a Constructive model. The constructive model is improves the system efficiency which disposes harmful website.
