摘　　要：结合齿轮轴数控加工实例,对其进行工艺分析的基础上,提出了利用Mastercam软件在车削中心自动编程的思路,阐述了该软件的基本车削功能及车削中心C轴刀具路径功能,详细介绍了其工作的整套流程和实现方法,运用该软件,省却了手工编程的繁琐,提高编程和加工效率,实现高效优质的数控加工。Based on the NC machining process analysis of gear shaft, put forward an idea of using Mastercam software for automatic programming in turning center, expound the basic turning function and C-axis tool path function of turning center, introduced the working process and realization method, the software can save troubles of manual programming, improve programming and machining efficiency,achieve NC machining with fine quality and high efficiency.
