摘　　要：以陕西省科技资源统筹中心建设完毕,投入运营为契机,介绍了中心概况及其业务模式、服务方式。分析了科技资源统筹发展形势下省内文献信息机构工作模式的转变。对如何在新环境下进行业务拓展,并在新的业务发展中明确发展方向,找准客观定位提出了思考。Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Resource Co-ordination Centre building is completed and put into operation as an opportunity, the ITCS its business model, service mode. Analysis of the changes in the situation of scientific and technological resources and rural development in the province literature information agencies work mode. Thinking of how business development in the new environment, and the clear direction of development in the new business development, identify the objective positioning.
