刃针配合局部注射复方骨肽治疗网球肘60例

摘　　要：目的探讨刃针配合复方骨肽治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为刃针组和封闭组。刃针组采用在肱骨外上髁周边、软组织压痛及Mills试验疼痛处及沿桡侧伸腕长、短肌肌腱选取压痛点,垂直皮肤刺入切开,并压痛点注射复方骨肽,每周1次。封闭组采用利多卡因加曲安奈德局部封闭治疗。结果刃针组治愈39例,封闭组治愈21例,两组治愈率经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论刃针治疗肱骨外上髁炎,治愈率优于封闭治疗。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Renzhen and the compound bone peptide injection therapy for the treatment of tennis elbow. Methods 60 patients were divided into Renzhen and the compound bone peptidc group and blocking group randomly. The Renzhen and the compound bone peptide injection group were used external humeral condoyle surrounding soft tissue tenderness and Mills test pain at along extensor carpi radials long and the braves＇ tendon select tenderness. The skin was vertically pierced the cut and tender points compound bone peptide was injected once a week. The blocking group was treated with lidocaine plused triamcinolone acetonide. Results Renzhen and the compound bone peptide group of 39 cases were cured and local blockade group of 21 cases were cured. 2 groups＇ cure rate differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Renzhen and the compound bone peptide injection therapy were better for the tennis elbow treatment.
