摘 要:在对沸腾床渣油加氢原料及生成油进行超临界流体萃取分馏及其窄馏分性质分析的基础上,考察了已有的渣油特征化参数对减压渣油及加氢生成油的适用性。研究结果表明,已有的渣油特征化参数不能够准确的体现加氢前后的结构的变化。因此,笔者建立了一个新的渣油特征化参数KC,可以比较准确地体现加氢反应的效果,且与加氢生成油化学组成及加氢转化有着较好的相关性。Residues and its hydrogenated oil were deeply cut into a number of narrow fractions by supercritical fluid extraction and fractionation technique, their properties and compositions were fully analyzed to provide a data base for characterization. The adaptability of existing characterization index for residues and its hydrogenated oil was investigated. The results showed that the existing characterization index can not accurately reflect structural change before and after the hydrogenation. So a new index Kc was established, it can accurately reflect the hydrogenation effect, had well correlation with compositions of residues and its hydrogenated oil, hydrogenation conversion reactivity.
