摘　　要：结合动产权属登记制度的相关基础理论,对我国动产担保权属统一登记制度的现状和存在问题进行分析,并借鉴国际上动产权属登记制度建设的经验模式,重点对我国动产权属统一登记制度的建设模式进行探索与思考,提出重构建议。Based on the underlying theories of chattel ownership registration system, an analysis is made on the sta- tus quo and existing problems for uniform ownership registration system in China. By drawing on international expe- riences in the construction model of chattel ownership registration system, the paper focuses on the exploration and reflections on the construction model of chattel ownership registration system in China and presents some reconstruc- ting proposals.
