摘  要:在料浆法磷铵生产装置的设计中,以强制循环中和新工艺代替旧的槽式中和反应工艺,将中和与浓缩结合起来进行优化工艺设计,利用反应中产生的蒸汽与一效蒸发浓缩产生的二次蒸汽混合后共同作为二效蒸发浓缩的热源,从而节省大量能源,取得节能减排的双重效果。In the design of ammonium phosphate production unit based on slurry process,the new process of forced circulation neutralization replaces the old tank neutralization reaction process,which greatly reduces ammonia losses,improves the environment,simplifies the process flow and saves investment. The combination of neutralization and concentration optimizes the process design,making use of steam produced in the reaction mixed with the secondary steam generated from the 1st effective evaporation concentration to act as the heat source of 2nd effective evaporation and concentration,thus saving a lot of energy and achieving double effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
