零借阅率的SPSS Statistics分析——以南昌大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：采用SPSS Statistics软件中的聚类分析法,对南昌大学图书馆流通书库2009-2011年零借阅的图书品种进行分析,以年均入藏量和零借阅率为统计变量,以中图类目(共35类,包含T大类下二级类目)为标注个案,进行系统聚类和OLAP立方体分析,据此提出了读者热衷型、读者关注型和读者漠视型图书的概念,并探讨了降低零借阅率的方法。The paper uses clustering analysis in SPSS Statistics software to analyze zero-borrowing-rate books in Nanchang Uni- versity Library during 2009-2011. Taking average annual collection and zero borrowing rate as statistical variables, categories of CLC （35 categories, including second-class below T） as tagging cases, the paper performs systematic clustering and OLAP analysis. On the basis, the paper puts forward concepts of touted book, noticed book and neglected book, and discusses the methods of reducing zero borrowing rate.
