摘　　要：目的探讨不孕不育症患者的三维人格特征。方法采用问卷调查法,对四川成都某医院129名不孕不育症患者和相应年龄段的150名职工进行三维人格问卷调查。结果不孕不育症者三维人格特征表现为:NS4因子高于对照组、HA2因子和HA维度分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017,0.006,0.034)。结论不孕不育症患者有其特有的三维人格特征,可以针对性地进行心理干预。Objective To explore the tridimensional personality of sterility infertility.Methods 129 cases of sterility infertility and 150 cases of healthy controls people from one hospital in Chengdu of Sichuan Province were investigated for tridimensional personality Questionnaire.Results In this study,we found NS4 factor was higher in sterility and infertility patients than that in controls（P =0.017）.However,HA2 and HA dimenions were lower in patients than those in controls（P=0.006 and P=0.034）.Conclusion Patients with sterility and infertility have different tridimensional personality compared with controls.Targeting psychological guidance and treatment could be pursued in the clinical treatment for infertility patients.
