摘  要:球兰是优良的常绿藤本植物,具有广阔的应用前景。该项研究以球兰为试验材料,对5种基质进行了筛选,并研究了不同插穗种类对扦插生根的影响。试验结果表明,以河沙:草炭(1∶1)为扦插基质生根效果最好,生根率为100%,平均生根数为17.5条,平均根长为22.15mm,各基质的扦插生根效果由好到差依次为河沙:草炭(1∶1)>河沙>河沙:草炭:珍珠岩(1∶1∶1)>珍珠岩>草炭。插穗种类以茎段较为适宜,其中以1年生茎的扦插效果最好,叶插的生根速度慢,且生根率、生根数和根长都较低。Hoya carnosa is an excellent evergreen vine, and has broad application prospects. Taking Hoya carnosa as ex- perimental material, the effects of five kinds of cutting medium and the type of cutting slips on root growth were studied. Re- sults showed that sand: peat moss (1 z 1) was the best cutting medium, the rooting rate was 100~, and the average amount of root was 17.5, average root length was 22.15ram. The order of roofing effects of the tested cutting mediums, from good to bad, was as follows : sand: peat moss (1 : 1)) sand) sand: peat moss: perlite (1 : 1 : 1)) perlite peat moss. Stem seg- ment was appropriate for root growth, and one--year--growth stem segment was the optimum one, leaf was not appropriate for root growth, the roots grew slowly, and the rooting rate,the amount of root and root length were all tow.
