摘 要:在供应链低碳化背景下,基于"总量限制交易"模式,研究了由一个制造商和一个零售商构成的两级供应链期权契约协调问题。将批发价格契约作为参照点,采用合作博弈的方法,构建了期权契约模型。通过证明得到了期权契约得以实施的参数范围及考虑决策主体风险偏好和谈判能力时的利润分配方案。结论表明,与参照点相比,期权契约可以有效协调供应链并具有鲁棒性,决策主体的风险偏好对利润分配产生重要影响。In the context of low-carbonization supply chain,an option contract coordination problem of two-stage supply chain composed of one manufacturer and one retailer is investigated based on the "capand-trade" mode.The wholesale price mechanism is viewed as a benchmark.The option contract model is constructed by using the cooperative game method.By analysis,we get the parameters to implement the option contract and the profit distribution plan according to supply chain members' risk preferences and negotiating power.Results show that,compared with the benchmark,the option contract can coordinate supply chain efficiently and robustly.Risk preferences of decision makers play an important role in profit allocation.
