东阳市金银线生产企业的安全现状分析

摘　　要：通过对金银线工艺过程的分析,得出了火灾爆炸、职业危害和噪声等危害因素。通过对东阳市白坦工业区金银线生产企业的安全现状调查,发现当前该类企业大多存在平面布局不合理、危化品管理混乱、职业卫生管理欠缺、特种设备管理薄弱等问题。东阳市相关政府部门应加强对企业的监督管理,以切实提高金银线生产企业的安全水平。The technical process of metallic yarn was analyzed. The main hazards in metallic yam process were deduced, such as fire and explosion hazards, occupational hazards and noise. The safety situation of metallic yam enterprises was investigated in Baitan industrial zone, Dongyang. Many managerial problems were founded, such as unreasonable plant layout, poor management in hazardous chemicals, occupational health and special equipment. Relevant government departments should strengthen the supervision on safety management including equipment management, occupational health protection, emergency rescue, etc. To improve the safety level, some safety management measures should be enforced in metallic yarn enterprises.
