摘　　要：东方红5型机车自投入以来,所使用的12V180ZJ型柴油机费机油现象普遍存在且日益严重,根据多年来12V180ZJ型柴油机费机油的实际问题,结合该型内燃机车柴油机运用及检修情况,针对造成柴油机费机油、机车检修量大,以及增加机车检修在库时间和检修、运用成本等问题,提出了活塞油环改进措施,使用减少刮油边宽度且楔形倒角的油环,效果特别显著。不仅解决柴油机费机油问题,降低机车检修量及检修、运用成本,缩短了机车的库停时间,也提高了机车的运用率,降低检修及运用乘务员的劳动强度,保证机车的运用安全,为运输保产提供保证。Dong Fang Hong 5th type locomotive since the use of 12 vlS0zj type diesel engine charge oil phenomenon widespread and increasingly serious, according to many years＇ 12 vl80zj type diesel engine oil cost of the actual problems, combined with the type diesel engine using and maintenance, according to cost caused by diesel engine oil, locomotive maintenance quantity is big, and inca＇ease locomotive maintenance in the workshop of time and maintenance, use cost, etc., and puts forward improving measures, the use of oil ring to reduce oil scraper edge width and wedge chamfering oil ring, the effect is particularly significant. Not only solve the diesel oil cost, reduce the locomotive maintenance quantity and maintenance, shorten the locomotive workshop stop time, but also improve the locomotive rate of operation, reduce the maintenance and use of the crew labor intensity and ensure the use of locomotive safety, for transport insurance of production.
