摘　　要：通过分析影响信息化条件下炮兵作战指挥效能的因素,确定评估指标体系及权重,建立评估模型,并通过评估实例进行评估分析,得出结论并提出提高信息化条件下炮兵作战指挥效能的有效措施。Through the analysis of influence of artillery combat command efficiency factors, the evaluation index system and weight are determined, the evaluation model is established. And through the evaluation example analysis, draws the conclusion and puts forward the ar- tillery to improve the operational command efficiency effective measures are given.
