摘  要:常规的水利枢纽洪水调度方式一般是按照时间段,依据坝前水位进行的,江西赣江等中下游修建的水利枢纽工程若仍采用此种方式,则会遇到水库淹没处理投资比重增大、水力资源浪费、库区末端通航受影响、汛后蓄水困难、库区景观受影响等问题。经分析研究,将坝址上游来水流量和坝前蓄水位适当分段,采用依据坝址上游来水流量动态控制各时期坝前水位的洪水调度运行方式。该方式不仅可较好地解决常规洪水调度方式产生的问题,而且对于低水头电站的枢纽,可不设汛限水位,只要入库流量小于一定标准,均可将坝前水位蓄至正常蓄水位运行,从而提高水资源利用率。Normal flood operation is usually conducted according to the water level in front of dam at different times. Recently, there are many com- plex projects will be constructed in five rivers in Jiangxi Province. If normal flood operation mode is adopted, design and operation of these projects will encounter many problems, for example, the proportion of inundation treatment investment will be increased, water resources will be wasted, navigation at the end of reservoir will be influenced, water storing after flood is difficult, scenery in reservoir area will be influenced and other prob- lems. Through analysis, the above problems can be solved if flowing actions are taken during design. Flow in dam site and water level in front of dam should be considered to several sections appropriately in design. Each flow segment is corresponding to a water level section in front of dam. Water level in front of dana shanld be dynamic controlled according to the flow from upstream in different times. The above problems can be solved if this kind of flood operation mode is adopted. For the low water head hydraulic complex, the limited water level will not be set in main flood sea- son or after flood season. The water level in front of dam can be stored to normal water level in case of small incoming flow discharge in order to lift up the utility ratio of water resources.
