摘　　要：采用层次分析法和调查问卷法对中国女子水球队竞争力CSF进行实证分析,研究其可持续发展的策略.研究表明:在中国女子水球队成长初期,政策的拉动起着重要的作用;中国"奥运战略"与国际女子水球竞争是其竞争力形成的助推器;全面扶持的"共建"管理体制的是基础动力;竞争力快速提高的主要动力来源于运动员和复合型训练团队在国际竞技女子水球运动中追求卓越的精神.需要从政府和运动队两个层面寻求竞争策略,以期追求中国女子水球队竞争力的可持续发展.The CSF about competitiveness of Chinese women water polo team is discussed by using methods of questionnaire and AHP.The results show that the main boosters are the competition of international women water polo and the strategy of Olympic Games of China.The important role is the policy in the initiative of the team The basic dynamic of competitiveness formation is the full support of management system about cobuilding.The main power of rapid increase on competitiveness is the spiritual pursuit of China＇s women water polo athletes and complex training team in the international women＇s water polo sport.The sustainable development path of government and team was proposed for Chinese women water polo team.
