摘 要:板厚精度和板型精度是板带材的两大质量指标。在轧制过程中,轧制力、板材厚度等参数的准确设定和对现场数据的实时监控对板带材质量有着重要的影响。为解决现场数据在远距离传输过程中准确率低的问题,文章提出以RS-485作为通讯手段进行AGC(板带轧机自动厚度控制)系统的数据传输,不仅可以提高远距离板材数据传输的可靠性,还极大降低了通讯设备的开发成本。结合CRC(循环冗余校验)算法,设计出单片机与PC机之间的硬件串行通讯接口电路及一套完整的485通讯协议,在上位机监控界面工艺参数设定方面,充分考虑了带钢轧制的生产特点。将其应用于河南某厂的5052铝合金板带数据的采集,实验结果表明,该通讯系统可靠性高,可应用于实际现场。Thickness accuracy and precision plate are two quality indicators of strip. During rolling, the accurate setting about rolling force or plate thickness and real-time monitoring of field data have an important impact on the plate and strip quality. In order to solve the problem of low accuracy about the field data during transmission over long distances, the article proposes RS- 485 as a means of communications for data transmission of AGC (automatic gauge control strip mill) system. It can not only improve the reliability of long-distance data transmission, but also greatly reduces the development costs of communications equipment. Combined with CRC (cyclic redundancy check) algorithm, a hardware serial communication interface circuit and a complete set of 485 communication protocols between microcontroller and PC was designed. In aspects of setting process parameters, the band steel rolling production characteristics are fully considered. Applying to collect the data for 5052 aluminum alloy plate in the factory of Henan, the experimental results show that the reliability of the communication system can be applied to the actual scene.
