摘 要:针对汽车顶盖天窗的翻边成形工艺普遍存在的产品面变形问题,分析面缺陷产生的原因;依据变形程度与产生区域将缺陷分为两类。基于补偿原理,通过模面预处理设计一种解决天窗非翻边面变形的优化方案,即"水滴"造型与弧形凸起补偿两类局部特殊结构,有效的解决了局部欠料、局部积料和局部补料的工艺难题。利用有限元数值建模分析及生产现场验证,翻边区域最大减薄率降低到4%,面缺陷完全消除。优化后顶盖的产品面与天窗的翻边面均符合产品质量精度要求。The flange process of the automotive sunroof was researched. The forming mechanism of defects was focused. The defects were classified into two types according to the deformation degree and the locations. A new optimized proposal of pretreatmentation die surface design of the non-flanging parts of the sun-roof was discussed. The structures with the shape of water-drop and the arc-bulge were introduced to solve problems of localized metal flow which were called the localized lack of material, the to calized accumulation and the localized compensation. Through FEM modeling analyzing and the work site experiment, the maxi mum local thinning was decreased to about 4% and all defects have been eliminated. The quality of the stamping parts satisfied the accuracy of manufacture.
