摘  要:针对2198铝锂合金搅拌摩擦焊对接蒙皮开展时效成形工艺试验,研究时效时间、时效温度、弹性预弯量等工艺参数对回弹规律的影响。结果表明,回弹率随时效时间增加而降低,随时效温度升高而下降,随预弯半径增大而增加。并通过正交多项式回归分析,建立了时效成形工艺参数与回弹的函数关系。The creep age forming experiments for Al-Li alloy 2198 were conducted and the effects of the aging time, aging temperature and initial elastic deformation on the curvature radius were investigated. The results show that the springback is decrea sing with the increasing of aging time and aging temperature. The springback is increasing when applied to larger initial elastic deformation. A regression equation of the three factors and springback was established according to the orthogonal polynomial regression analysis.
