摘 要:运用随机前沿分析方法,测算了2003—2010年全国26个省(自治区、直辖市)肉羊生产的技术效率,并分析了肉羊生产四大优势产区和农牧区的肉羊生产技术效率的差别。研究结果显示:目前中国肉羊生产明显存在技术效率损失,其中良种化、规模化和人力资本对肉羊生产技术效率具有显著的正向影响;不同区域的肉羊生产技术效率存在明显差异,其中牧区的技术效率水平高于农区,中东部农牧交错带优势区和中原优势区的技术效率水平高于全国平均水平。This paper measures the technical efficiencies of meet sheep production of 26 provinces and autonomous regions in China from 2003 to 2010 by using the stochastic frontier analysis method, and analyzes the differences in technical efficiency of meet sheep production among four big advantage regions and pastoral and farming areas. The result shows as follows: there exists the loss of technical efficiency in meet sheep pro- duction, and improved variety, scale and human capital are the important factors influencing technical efficiency of meet sheep production ; there is the obvious regional differences in technical efficiency of meet sheep production,namely the technology efficiency level of pastoral areas is higher than that of farming areas,and those of the advantage regions such as the farming-pastoral zone in Middle East area and the central plain are higher than that of national average.
