摘　　要：针对供热式汽轮机组整套启动过程中出现的主汽门动作异常以及不能正常挂闸等问题,阐述了双抽凝汽式汽轮机组调节保安系统工作原理,分析了主汽门动作异常以及不能正常挂闸的原因,并提出了相应处理方案。实践证明,在并机组启动过程中发生主汽门状态、挂闸异常等故障时,应该检查汽门油动机DEH控制组件、调节保安油系统,找到故障点并给予及时处理,才能保证机组安全稳定运行。Aiming at the abnormal action and latching of main steam valve when heating turbine unit is starting up, this paper expounds the working principle of security system of double-extraction condense turbine, analyzes the causes for abnormal action and latching of main steam valve, and proposes relevant treatment measures. Practice proves that DEH control components of valve actuator and governing and safety system should be checked to find where the faults are and to treat them in order to guarantee the safe and stable running of the unit if abnormal action and latching of main steam valve occurs during the start-up.
