摘　　要：作为章太炎的弟子,朱希祖在辞去北京大学史学系主任后,加入中央研究院史语所,做专任研究员,然任职三月,即被改为特约研究员。朱氏由此与史语所逐渐产生疏离。本文以史语所工作报告及台湾史语所保存的朱希祖、傅斯年、陈寅恪相关书信为基本材料,详细梳理聘任、改聘过程,并对改聘原因作了深层次探讨,认为除了有朱氏自身的责任,更与傅斯年对章门的态度及其门派思想有关;虽然如此,稍后朱希祖、傅斯年等人关于明成祖生母问题的论争,仍属于对具体问题的学术探讨,与治史理念关涉不大。After resigning the dean of history department of Peking University, Zhu Xizu, who was a pupil of Zhang Taiyan, joined Institute of History and Philology Academia Sinica, being appointed as a fulltime research fellow. But 3 months later, he was reappointed as a research fellow for special subjects. That resulted in Zhu Xizu＇ s drifting apart from the institute. The essay tries to rebuild the course of the appointing and the reappointing in details, explore the deep reasons of reappointing by analyzing work reports of the institute and letters between Zhu Xizu, Fu Sinian and Chen Yinke conserved in Institute of History and Philology Academia Sinica in Taiwan, and make a conclusion that Zhu Xizu was partly responsible for the reappointing, but Fu Sinian＇ s attitudes to Zhang and his school - prejudice contributed more to it. Nevertheless, the afterwards Emperor Chengzu＇ s mother between Zhu Xizu, Fu Sinian and other scholars Taiyan academic school debates about who was should be thought pure academic ones.
