摘 要:目的探讨冠状动脉慢血流患者血液黏稠度变化。方法选取我院2011—12~2012—12心内科冠状动脉慢血流患者28例为实验组,并选取同期健康体检者30例为对照组。造影检测冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)、冠状动脉回旋支(Cx)、右冠状动脉(RCA)的校正TIMI帧数(CTFC)。采用全自动血流变仪检测红细胞变形指数、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数。结果实验组冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)、冠状动脉回旋支(Cx)、右冠状动脉(RCA)的校正TIMI帧数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。SCF患者红细胞聚集指数显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论冠状动脉慢血流患者血液红细胞聚集指数升高,临床工作中可以通过改善血细胞聚集状态控制冠状动脉慢血流。Objective To investigate the blood viscosity changes in slow coronary flow(SCF) patients. Methods From December 2011 to December 2012,twenty-eight patients with SCF and 30 normal controls were included in the study. Coronary flow was quanti-fied by means of corrected thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI) frame count(CTFC), and the aggregation and deformity index of erythrocytes were measured with an blood rheometer. Results CTFC values of left anterior descending (LAD) ,circumflex coronary (Cx), fight coronary artery(RCA) were higher in SCF patients than those of controls (P 〈 0. 05 ). The deformity index of erythrocytes and plasma viscosity were similar between two groups(P 〉 0.05 ). Aggregation index was higher in SCF patients than that of controls ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The erythrocyte aggregation index is elevated in SCF patients, and SCF may be controlled by improving the erythrocyte aggregation index.
