摘  要:介绍一种将理论α系数法与基本参数法有机结合起来校正基体效应的方法。实验表明:该方法提高了样品分析的精确度,对铅黄铜合金试样中Cu、Zn、Pb元素含量分析的平均相对误差分别为0.11%、0.72%、2.93%;该方法减少了所需标准样品的数量,且能在无纯元素标样的情况下对仪器进行标定。在相同测量条件下,分析效果比基本参数法及理论α系数法好。In direct determination of main components in copper alloy by EDXRF analysis, the measurement errors of samples directly affect the quality evaluation of copper alloy. The smaller the error is, the more accurately the quality evaluation of copper alloy is. The author takes lead brass alloy measurement for instance, correcting matrix effect on the measurement results by a method combining fundamental parameter method with theoretical alpha coefficient method, finally gained satisfactory effect. The average relative errors of Cu,Zn,Pb content in the lead copper alloy samples after correction were 0.11%, 0.72%, 2.93%, respectively; the method can reduce the number of standard samples, and can calibrate instrument without pure element standard samples. In the same measuring condition, the correction effect of the method is better than fundamental parameter method and theoretical alpha coefficient method.
