摘 要:针对电—机械转换器频宽主要受限于相位滞后的问题,提出了相位补偿的方法。建立了电—机械转换器的模型并进行了仿真分析,阐述了相位补偿的理论依据,并对增加相位补偿前后仿真结果进行对比。理论和仿真结果均表明,相位补偿后电-机械转换器的频率特性明显提高,-3dB、-90°处的频宽为280 Hz。Since the bandwidth of electro-mechanical converter is mainly limited by phase lag, and a phase compensa-tion method was firstly proposed to solve this problem. Then the model of electro-mechanical was established and simulation analysis was executed. Finally the theoretical base of phase compensation was provided, and compare with the simulation results of the system whether phase compensation was introduced or not. Both theoretical study and experimental simulation illustrate that the frequency characteristic of electro-mechanical was improved by the introduction of phase compensation. The bandwidth is 280 Hz at-3dB and-90°approximately.
