摘　　要：为编制大学生择业心理特点问卷并考察大学生择业心理的特点,采用开放式问卷调查、国内外相关量表和专家评定等方式形成条目,选取118名和203名大学生分别进行量表初测和正式施测。结果显示自编心理问卷具有良好信效度,可用于大学生择业心理特点测量;学生择业心理特点在性别和专业类别上不存在显著差异。To develop the questionnaire on the psychological characteristics of graduate students in the choosing of careers, the items were developed based on the results of qualitative interviews, some well organized scales and suggestion of some psychologists. Then 118 college students were selected to fill the pilot questionnaire. 203 college students were selected to fill the formal questionnaire to test its reliability and validity and psychological characteristics of graduate students. The results show that, college Students＇ psychological characteristics have no significant difference in gender and majors.
