是否有过自由——《自由坠落》中一个自由意志决定论者的叩问

摘　　要：通过分析小说《自由坠落》中主人公萨姆尔的人生轨迹,明确回答了人生是否有过自由的问题:自由与否在于每个人的生命感受。认为虽然萨姆尔的叙述说明他是一个自由意志问题的决定论者,但他自始至终维护着自己的尊严,淡然听从命运的安排,在困惑中思索自由的根由和起止,想更好地理解生活。同时指出:生活之流中,有多少人正如萨姆尔一样,无奈地以一种"无所谓"的态度荡漾沉浮"自由坠落",自由与否只能在每个人的生命感受之中。Through the analysis of the life trajectory of Samuel, the protagonist of the novel ＂Free Fall＂ , the question, whether there had been freedom of life, is answered： free or not is that each person＇s life experience. As a conscious determinist, Samuel can do little more than living his life with human dignity and courageous detachment. He is puzzled by questions such as what is the origin and where is the beginning or end of freedom; the questions are shared by people who are helplessly ＂falling freely＂ in the life flow, and free or not is only in each person＇s life experience.
